The Planning Inspectorate is asking customers, consumers and users to improve digital services.

The Inspectorate is looking for participants to take part in online research sessions, which will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

The Inspectorate will ask for feedback on existing as well as potentially new features.

The feedback will help inform the development of more effective and user-friendly experiences across services.
