We provide a full suite of building consultancy services, including building and condition surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations, specialist housing stock condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes. Our expertise also includes CDM advisory and principal designer health & safety services, land development project management, utilities consultancy and retrofit & decarbonisation advice. 

Our commercial experts guide clients through the acquisition and disposal of commercial assets and portfolios to support and organisation’s operational needs. They guide clients through landlord and tenant negotiations in relation to rent reviews and lease renewals and provide Red Book valuations, informed by up-to-date, real-time market intelligence. Our specialist property and facilities management bring innovative approaches to the maintenance of clients’ assets and portfolios ensuring that they remain compliant, operationally efficient and futureproof. 

Our dedicated Town Planning team provides strategic advice and value creation across sites and portfolios through to the delivery of outline and detailed planning applications, guiding clients through the technical and legislative requirements to achieve first time success. Our specialist planning policy team supports the promotion of development sites through the local plan process to ensure the most favourable policy position in advance of a potential future application. 

Our Residential team advises across all aspects of the residential market, from feasibility studies, options appraisals, financial viability assessments, valuations, including for Section 106 affordable housing obligations, site finding and acquisition through to delivery.
