Commercial Bin Cleaning

The Bin Cleaning Company Ltd is an established commercial bin cleaning company founded in 2001. BCC Ltd was created with the intention of providing a professional commercial bin cleaning service to its clients throughout London & the Southeast.

From an extensive list of clients from Premier League Football Clubs to the local pub, BCC Ltd cover most types of properties especially those in the retirement sector.
Although many of our clients prefer a scheduled visit based typically on an 8 weekly cycle that combines high cleaning standards and budget constraints harmoniously, we also provide specific cleaning programs for large developments and Housing Associations. These are usually annual or six-monthly visits for large quantities of properties with waste bins and containers in communal use.

The benefits to the residents are plentiful; cleaner bins help to promote recycling and reduce the number of contaminated loads, these are often recycle bins that have had general waste deposited into them, consequently waste collectors are unable to remove the waste. Residents do not mind lifting the lids on clean bins and containers to place waste in the correct receptacle.  

We currently have a cleaning program running for a large housing development in East London that enjoys an annual clean of all waste and recycle containers. We provide a report to the client throughout the cleaning period and a full breakdown of cleaning on completion.

BCC Ltd has, since 2003, been providing a cleaning program for a Housing Association where we are able to deliver a bespoke service that is kind to budgets and has worked well for the residents. This is one of many contracts currently in place with Housing Associations.

A bespoke plan to suit the needs of Local Authorities and Housing Associations is available and easy to initiate and has been tried and tested, full references are available on request. BCC Ltd will manage the whole process and with regular reporting enable the bin cleaning program to be stress free and delivered to the residents in a clear and structured manner.

Chute Cleaning

As the number of buildings with active waste chutes is reducing those with waste chutes in use do require an annual clean. BCC Ltd has a cost-effective cleaning system that removes the dirt and grime from the inside of the chute and helps to prevent the smells of the bin store leaking back into the main building, this simple process is effective for low and high-rise blocks.
