The judging panel, which included a senior in-house lawyer, the head of a global legal network, the head of global accountancy network and the chief executive of a major PLC, awarded Fox Williams due to "the notable transactions the team have been involved in over the past 12 months and the integrated services the firm offers in this arena to publicly quoted companies and advisers in this market."
