New print, copying and scanning agreement released

A new agreement has been released offering an all-in-one solution for printer/copier, managed print and records information management needs.

Launched by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), YPO and Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO), the new agreement provides a wide range of services from buying multifunctional devices to managing print strategies, storage and scanning services to support digitisation.

The agreement allows customers access to the latest technology, software developments and guidance to help move towards digital solutions, becoming more efficient and reducing the volume of paper used.

Additionally, the framework will reduce costs and wastage by consolidating devices and storage, and taking advantage of proactive consumables management for less waste of toner and paper. This will also allow users to cut their carbon footprint with new energy efficient devices, helping to support their organisation’s energy saving initiatives.
