Our Portfolio

• 23 House Development, Gwynedd, North Wales: Commissioned by a developer, we designed a full SUDS and foul network for a 23-house development, incorporating large natural SUDS features that blend into the surrounding green areas. The network was engineered with a limited runoff rate matching existing greenfield runoff rates, requiring approval via a Flood Risk Activity Permit (FRAP) application.  
• 10 House Development, Anglesey, North Wales: Our team provided a turnkey drainage and highway design for a 10-house development. By implementing natural SUDS features for both highway drainage and private areas, we satisfied SAB requirements and ensured environmental integration.  
• Single House Development, Anglesey: We undertook a full SUDS design and subsequent SAB application for a new dwelling on the beachfront. With limited space and discharge only possible into a tidal body, the design incorporated SUDS features such as raised beds below downpipes to satisfy SAB water reuse, biodiversity, and amenity criteria. The invert of discharge was carefully designed to be above high tide levels to avoid flooding risks.  
• Sewer Diversion Design: Approached by a client with a main drain running through their proposed extension area, we designed the diversion, completed the diversion application, and liaised fully with the water utility provider until approval was granted. The design adhered to all adoptable standards.
