Reduce administration and save on postage

ImageThe last 12 months have seen significant change in the postal sector with the advent of a more competitive market place. On a practical level, groundbreaking mail solutions such as Docmail from CFH are now giving true benefits to consumers of all sizes and sectors no matter how many items they send out each day. 
 
The ability to create a document online, upload the address database and leave all the hard work to someone else is a real time saver, allowing companies to concentrate on core activities – a must in 
the current economic climate. 
 
Docmail, launched last summer, is based on a solution first seen in the UK four years ago and still used by one of the countries’ largest recruitment companies. Over 1,000 businesses have now signed up to the system and growth projections during 2009 are five fold. CFH write, own and maintain the software and there are no programmes or drivers to download by the user, they just need access to the internet and their password. 
 
As for the commercials, the pricing is hard to believe. CFH estimates that the average cost to send a 2nd class letter in the UK is 90p when stationery, toner, postage and machine rental are taken into account. 
 
Docmail does the whole process including print and postage for as little as 25p for a single sided, black and white document or with full colour just 32p.
