Insulation Systems are a BBA registered company for the manufacture and installation of Silverfill cavity wall insulation in the UK and Supwernova insulation for ROI. Our Head office and local manufacturing facility is based in Carrickfergus with other approved supply locations in Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales giving Insulation Systems Ltd full coverage and a supply network second to none in the industry.

All our installers work to the highest standards and are trained in every aspects of the job as well as being fully compliant with current H and S legislations.

Insulation Systems contracts section offers a full range of measures in the domestic market and can offer GRANTS when available to suitable householders. A commercial and industrial section is available to builders, developers and architects for all insulation measures required.

Attic Insulation
Insulation Systems provide an attic installation service to all properties, both existing and new. Offering GRANTS when available we can bring your attic up to the new and highest standards recommended by upgrading your insulation, lagging pipes and tanks and draft proofing hatch doors when possible.

Specialist services are available on request and advice is given to the best solutions that can benefit your property.

Savings of up to 30% depending on your property type can be made upgrading your attic insulation as well reducing emission levels.

Insulation Supplies
Insulation Systems are approved manufacturers of Silverfill cavity wall insulation for supply into the UK market and Supernova Silver for supply into the ROI market. We are approved to supply these products to registered companies for installation purposes as well as associated parts for the industry.

All polystyrene supplied comes from our own approved production facilities and is audited and inspected by BBA and NSAI as well as being incorporated into our multiple ISO certificates. 

Insulation Systems are also approved suppliers of THERM ALFA and BETA, a BBA APPROVED solution for solid wall/external wall insulation. The complete system is available to trained and carded BBA registered contractors from our Carrickfergus head office.

EPS manufacturing machinery is supplied and installed throughout the UK and Ireland. Depending on capacity and volume needs, Insulation Systems will be able to recommend, supply, install and train any company on the operations of expanders supplied.

Solid Wall/External Wall Insulation
Insulation Systems are approved and registered installers of the Therm Alfa and Therm Beta external insulation system. External insulation is designed to provide an insulation layer on old solid wall properties build primarily before 1930 and unsuitable for conventional methods of injected cavities. As well as providing significant thermal benefits the system also has the benefit of uplifting the appearance of the property with a new, clean and modern finish.

Grants may be available in certain circumstances for these measures and staff at Insulation Systems will be happy to advice of the procedures to pursue these, if applicable.

All installations carried out are by Insulation Systems and no subcontractors are used without the client being notified.
Fully surveyed, inspected and technically efficient installers of Therm ALFA and BETA allow Insulation Systems to promote our Housing Regeneration plan to improve aesthetically and thermally hard to treat properties as we strive to reduce carbon emissions and fuel poverty. 

SafeGuard
Safeguard is the soft fall/fall arrest system owned and distributed by Insulation systems in the UK and Ireland. Fully tested and certified by TUV NEL Ltd with PAS 59:2003 it is designed to minimise personnel injury on site by providing a soft fall area below working level.

Renewable Technology
Insulation System has a renewable technology service for solar, ground and air source heat pumps and mounting systems for solar modules. Free surveys and advice are available on request for domestic and commercial buildings.

Technical/Energy Advice
A free energy advice service is available on request by one of our approved members of staff. This is a complimentary and no obligation service to provide professional advice as to the measures best suited to the individual property or building.

SAP and u-value Calculations are available through our technical office giving the correct information required by architects, builders, developers to plan build design, products and cavity widths to guarantee compliance with Current Building regulations. Insulation Systems staff have over 100 years combined experience in the insulation sector and our knowledge of manufacture and installation allows the company to understand individual demands in a competitive market.
